The blackboard is an easy to use way to contact the other pilots in your airline. Just enter the text in the box at the top of the page, click on Shout! and your message will be shown below. It's visible to every member of the virtual airline. The messages update automatically when a new shout comes in, so you don't have to reload the page manually.
